Job Title: Piping Supervisor
Sector: Oil & Gas

MISSIONS
Assist the Construction and Commissioning Managers in supervising Contractors' activities related to piping construction and Precommissioning/Commissioning of BOP and Core Plant facilities (Pyrolysis project).
The Piping Supervisor reports to the Piping Lead (construction phase) and to the PCC Piping Lead (PCC phases).
Main responsibilities:
Review Contractors' precommissioning and commissioning preparation (leak tests, GALT, OTs, OTPs).
Supervise preparation and execution of piping construction, precommissioning and commissioning activities at fabrication sites.
Supervise Contractors' supervisors throughout the project.
Supervise leak tests, GALT and Process OTPs during commissioning.
Ensure safe, compliant and timely execution of works in line with HSE requirements.
ACTIVITIES
PCC Preparation Phase
Review precommissioning/commissioning procedures and test packs.
Promote and enforce safety during commissioning activities.
Coordinate with other disciplines and existing OSBL facilities.
Optimize interfaces to minimize lost time.
Construction / PCC Execution Phase
Monitor piping-process construction and PCC activities using OPERCOM® and ICAPS©.
Track progress against commissioning schedule.
Supervise execution reporting, red-line drawings and documentation.
Follow hydrotests, leak tests (N₂), GALT and service tests.
Monitor vendors' commissioning activities (SATs, OTPs, punch list closure, documentation).
 
BSc in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years' experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Knowledge of Client standards, OPERCOM®, ICAPS©, DCC and applicable codes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in complex and multicultural environments.
Computer literate.
