- Responsible for improving the organization's market position and achieve financial growth.
- Coordinate and make the business development actions coherent within Egis Indonesia and entities of the Egis Group.
- Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational marketing and customer relationship activities.
- Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business
- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company's ambitious growth.
- Working to stringent targets the job holder will be required to adopt and knowledgeable approach a new business call.
- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or experience in Business Development within the engineering sector
- Previous knowledge in sectors such as transportation, aviation, renewables, highways, water within Indonesia.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experiences in the construction project.
- Pro-active approach and able to work under own initiative.
- Good communication in English and Bahasa/
- Able to use MS Office suite, CRM and other business critical tools.
