- Capable of working under own initiative and been the point of contact with the Client.
- Proven ability in delegating to design engineers and technicians, and providing support and guidance as necessary.
- Capable of working within the J.B.Barry/Egis Quality Management System.
- Management of projects within time,cost and quality constraints.
- Business development including the preparation of tender submissions.
- Experience in the use of Micro drainage in the design of drainage infrastructure.
- Familiar in the use of SuDS techniques and their application in urban realms.
- Experience in the use of Greenfield and Brownfield catchment analysis.
- Familiar with the TII Design Standards and housing development standards(With Regard to Drainage elements, i.e HEWRAT assessments)
- Level 8 Engineering Degree Minimum.
