-Overseeing and managing architectural design and construction processes, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations. Some of the key responsibilities may include:
-Developing architectural design concepts, creating detailed architectural drawings, and collaborating with the design team to ensure the project meets the client's requirements and objectives.
-Coordinating with other members of the project team, such as engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure smooth project execution. Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
-Conducting regular site visits and inspections to ensure that construction work aligns with the approved designs, specifications, and quality standards. Identifying and resolving any design or construction-related issues.
-Ensuring that the project adheres to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Coordinating with relevant authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
-Actively engaging with the client to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide regular project updates. Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
-Providing guidance and mentoring to junior architects and design team members. Collaborating with other disciplines to integrate architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Educational Background: Bachelor of Architectural
Registrations/Certifications required : Saudi Engineering Council preferred.
