Key Responsibilities:


1. Review, analyze, and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from government agencies and other entities, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.


2. Draft and compile comprehensive proposals, including legal documentation, in response to RFPs and other bidding opportunities.


3. Review and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring that terms and conditions align with legal standards and organizational policies.


4. Amend and revise consulting contracts in line with Government Tenders and Procurement Law, addressing any legal issues or discrepancies.


5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, finance, and project management, to ensure alignment on contract terms and deliverables.


6. Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to inform contract negotiations and compliance efforts.


7. Maintain accurate and organized contract records, documentation, and correspondence to track contract status and obligations.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in law or related field; specialized training in contract law or procurement is a plus.


- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a legal role with a focus on proposals, contracts, and government procurement processes.


- Strong knowledge of Government Tenders and Procurement Law, as well as contract drafting and negotiation principles.


- Experience in reviewing and compiling complex legal documents, such as proposals, RFP responses, and consulting contracts.


- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.


- Professional certification or licensure as a practicing attorney is preferred.


- Excellent English communication
