Description de l'offre

  • Develop the Risk Management strategy, plan and procedures for the project.
  • Develop and manage the project risk management register.
  • Comprehensively identifying Risks that might impact on the achievement of the Program Objectives
  • Accurately assessing using both qualitative and quantitative methods the potential impacts of the identified Risks
  • Prioritising the requirements for Risk response identification
  • Formulating appropriate responses to the identified Risks
  • Quantifying adequate cost and time provisions for post-response residual Risk impacts
  • Controlling the implementation of identified Risk responses
  • Monitoring changes in Risk exposure, identifying new Risks and modifying responses
  • Data gathering to support monthly risk reports; including report preparation
  • Establish Risk Management cadence including recurring meetings and reporting
  • Conduct regular risk workshops with different stakeholders
  • High degree of technical proficiency in implementing risk management procedures on major construction projects.
  • Understanding of key engineering and construction concepts.
  • Technically proficient in one or more risk management tools (i.e. Active Risk Manager, Primavera Risk Analysis, etc).
  • Proficient with quantitative cost and schedule analysis using Monte Carlo simulation
    techniques
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders at all levels in order to negotiate win-win
    situations
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a highly pressurized and ever-changing work environment
  • High degree of competency in the use of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
