Responsibilities
- Accompany and support RBLD in implementing and monitoring the growth strategic plan
- Strategic intelligence and analysis, market studies, support in creating budgets and action plans for regions/countries.
- Support for the external growth process and the M&A team (validation of the strategic interest of targets, possible synergies, etc.).
- Development of marketing materials, in conjunction with Business Line & Regions marketing teams, and strategy presentations for internal and external purposes
- Benchmark and share organizational and commercial best practices
- Provide operational support in regional coordination between Service Line x countries in the region and managing operating model interfaces
- Participate in coordinating the network of representatives of all Business Line activities across the region.
- Organization of the EURA ESC Business Line steering committee, identification of topics, solicitation of stakeholders, preparation of materials, and facilitation.
- Participation in the cross-functional dynamics of the Business Line, which covers the fields of building, low-carbon energy, water and the environment.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in development, construction, business or related field, required.
- Experience ideally acquired in a consulting firm and/or a construction or engineering company, in a matrix organization.
- Proficiency in Excel and Oracle databases.
- Autonomy and ability to work on several projects in parallel and with different contacts (ComEx members, operational staff, etc.).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Team spirit, analytical skills and tenacity.
