Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of labor protection measures:
Development and implementation of labor protection instructions.
Organization and conduct of training and briefings for employees on labor protection issues.
Keeping documentation on labor protection and ensuring its relevance.
- Monitoring of compliance with labor protection standards:
Carrying out regular inspections of working conditions for compliance with the requirements of legislation and regulations.
Detection and elimination of violations of labor protection rules.
Participation in the investigation of industrial accidents, analysis of causes, and development of measures for their prevention.
- Interaction with regulatory bodies:
Preparation of reports for state regulatory bodies.
Participation in inspections and audits conducted by external organizations.
Improvement of the labor protection system:
Analysis of existing labor protection systems and development of proposals for their improvement.
Implementation of modern methods and technologies to increase the level of security at the enterprise.
- Information support and consulting:
Consultation of department heads and employees on occupational health and safety issues.
Information support of employees regarding changes in legislation and regulations on labor protection
Requirements:
- Higher education in occupational health, engineering, or related disciplines.
- Work experience as an occupational safety engineer for 3 years.
- Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of labor protection and regulatory acts.
- Training and briefing skills.
- Ability to analyze and document the results of inspections and investigations.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and knowledge of English will be an advantage.
