Key Responsibilities



  • Act as the primary point of contact, collaborating with technical leads from all areas of the business.

  • Engage with key contributors and cross-discipline teams from across the region to instil key messaging and develop tailored bid strategies.

  • Champion a way of working with a focus on planning and development of strong quality technical outputs.

  • Managing technical deliverables, including formulating methodologies, etc., with the inputs received from required technical teams.

  • Foster relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance our chances of success.

  • Act as a guardian of the governance process. 

  • Continuously improve bid processes and best practices to increase our win rate.


  • Strong tender management skills to lead activities and multiple tenders, from Lead to Delivery.

  • Strong presentational skills and use of multiple software packages.

  • Efficiently review tendering requirements to achieve full compliance.

  • Clear communicative skills.

  • Architectural and/or Multi-Disciplinary Engineering background (advantageous).
