Paired with another executive assistant, you will report directly to the Director, and play a key role as part of this dynamic brand team.
Key responsabilities
Administrative support to the Brand Director
Calendar, meeting management
Travels arrangement: booking, visa application, coordination with travel agency
Office operations: stationery supplies, catering, general logistics
Newcomers Onboarding
Meeting support, preparation, minutes and follow-up
Finance support, Overhead costs follow up
Licenses & Contracts management
HR Administrative/trainings follow up
Coordination with other support functions (IT, Accounting…), other teams and network
Internal events coordination
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (2-3 years of higher education) in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
5 years of experience in executive assistance, coordination, administrative support
English language fluent, other languages a plus
Multitasking, agile, and autonomous, with strong ability to manage priorities
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Proficient in Office Suite, with advanced expertise in Powerpoint
