In a context of strengthened international development, and reporting to the Business Development Department, you will be involved in the entire commercial cycle: from opportunity identification to contract signing, working closely with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Your main responsibilities:

Identify and qualify high-potential projects in Northern Europe (Germany, Nordic countries, etc.).

Establish and develop strategic partnerships (consortiums, joint ventures, subcontractors).

Conduct competitive analyses, benchmarking, and country risk assessments.

Contribute to commercial and technical proposals in collaboration with project teams.

Take part in negotiations and secure contractual agreements.

Ensure long-term client relationship management.

Dans un contexte de développement international renforcé, rattaché·e à la Direction du Développement, vous intervenez sur tout le cycle commercial : de la détection d'opportunités jusqu'à la signature de contrats, en lien avec les clients, partenaires et équipes internes.

Vos principales responsabilités :

Identifier et qualifier des projets à fort potentiel en Europe du Nord (Allemagne, pays nordiques…)

Nouer et développer des partenariats stratégiques (groupements, JV, sous-traitants)

Réaliser des analyses concurrentielles, benchmarks, et études de risques pays

Contribuer aux offres commerciales et techniques en lien avec les équipes projet

Participer aux négociations et sécuriser la contractualisation

Assurer la relation client dans la durée

Graduate from an engineering school (Master's degree or equivalent)

️ 5 to 10 years of experience in business development or EPC project management in an international context

Fluent German is a must. Strong command of French and English required

Strong commercial mindset, analytical skills, rigor, and autonomy

Willingness to travel abroad for short-term assignments

Diplômé·e d'une école d'ingénieur (Bac+5)

️ Expérience de 5 à 10 ans dans le développement commercial ou la gestion de projets EPC à l'international

Allemand courant impératif. Très bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.

Sens commercial fort, capacité d'analyse, rigueur et autonomie
