The scope of the project encompasses the installation of 2 seawater intake structures, one HDPE diffuser, the recovery of 3 MTBM offshore and dredging in coral limestone for a total volume of 10 000m3.

Main missions :
  

• To co-ordinate the site activities of the taskforce members assigned to the Project
• To execute work in accordance with the contract and the local applicable rules;
• To maintain effective relations with the Employer; JV Management, the Project team and head offices organization;
   

Duties :
 

• back to back to the Project Director when the Project Director is absent
• reports to the Project Director
• take action to require the needed information (key indicators, punctual analysis)
• to distribute information following the Quality Plan.
• to maintain close and continuous communications with project group members;
• coordinate the production department with the other departments (contractual, sub contract)
• to check that the SHE, QA/QC, Work supervision organisation and resources are adequate;
• to distribute the information on SHE, make sure it is understood and applied;
• to attend the weekly internal Project Co-ordination meetings and the ones necessary for the co-ordination with main Vendors and Subcontractors;
• to advise management of status changes that substantially affect any aspect of the project;
• Implement and monitor the JV targets for

o   HSE

o   Schedule

o   Quality

o   Onshore and offshore operations

o   cash flow

Engineer

Multidisciplinary team management
Coordination of work of different specialties.

Operational experience on an international project of at least 15 years
Experience as Deputy Project Director or Works Director on projects over €50M
