In this context, VINCI Construction is launching a structuring initiative leading up to 2030 and aimed at transforming its Inclusion policy toward a comprehensive Societal Impact approach, integrating both internal and external challenges.

 

To support this dynamic, we are recruiting a Head of Inclusion & Societal Impact, whose mission will be to structure and deploy the future Inclusion & Societal Impact Policy – Horizon 2030.

 
Your mission

Reporting to the Talent Development & Inclusion Department, you will play a key role in the construction of an Inclusion & Societal Impact policy.

 

Your role will be to co-build the roadmap with operational teams, taking into account:

  • the operational realities of our Business Units,
  • the specific needs of our regions,
  • and the Group's social and societal ambitions.

 


Key responsibilities

Co-construction and steering of the 2030 roadmap

  • Contribute to defining the future Inclusion & Societal Impact Policy – Horizon 2030, in close collaboration with Divisions and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate this vision into annual action plans, monitoring indicators and governance processes.
  • Lead and coordinate the network of Inclusion & Societal Impact ambassadors.
  • Encourage the sharing of best practices and collective learning.Represent VINCI Construction within external networks relating to inclusion, societal responsibility and employer brand.
  • Contribute to social and CSR/ESG reporting in collaboration with the relevant teams.

  • Confirmed experience (minimum 8 years) in Diversity, Inclusion, CSR with an international scope.

  • Proven ability to co-design strategic approaches with operational stakeholders.

  • Strong skills in management by objectives, tracking indicators and milestones.

  • Leadership, influence, team spirit and strong field culture.

  • Fluent English required.
