MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS

The service holder is starting from the FEED phase sanction with the possibility to continue to the EPC phase until the completion of the Development phase including Project close-out.

The service holder is responsible for managing the technical and contractual interfaces across the various packages of the FEED and then EPC project.

The service holder will perform this work in accordance with JOCAP, The client and Project rules, guidelines and procedures.

The Service holder support the execution of the Absheron FFD Project including, the safe and efficient execution of the work in accordance with the relevant legislation, policies and procedures. This includes adhering to the Company Code of Conduct, Vision, Values and Behaviors, as supported by the Safe System of Working including Accountability of Safety.

The Service Holder will have numerous interfaces with other disciplines and entities including the partner BP at the Sangachal main facilities and the Azeri TSO for the AzerEnergy Grid connection to the CPS plant electrical substation.

ACTIVITIES

service holder must possess strong experience in Project Interface Management for Oil and Gas project.

and will be in charge of the interface management system.

The service holder shall:

▪ Set up the interface management system during FEED and then EPC phase within the Team and with the different contractors

▪ Ensure that interface management is well defined in the FEED and EPC contracts and liaise with the contract lead and engineer

▪ Ensure that all interfaces are well identified and establish and maintain the Interface Matrix (for all interfaces, including Level 3 interfaces).

▪ To allocate a leadership (responsible entity) to all identified interfaces and designating the appropriate Interface Engineer for leading it.

▪ Ensure compilation of each Interface Register into the project interface register

▪ To ensure that all information related to Interfaces is kept up to date, in line with the Integration activities and configuration, and that all parties are kept informed of activities and decisions relevant to their function.

▪ To inform and report to the Project Management and concerned organizations of critical issues (for all interfaces, including Level 3 interfaces) to enable effective targeting of resources towards the resolution of critical interfaces and minimizing risks to the Project.

▪ To seek the resolution of the conflict in a manner that minimizes the risks to the Project; where agreement cannot be reached at Interface Management level, the problem is escalated to the management level.

▪ To escalate interface management issues as required to the Third-Party Interfaces Manager and the Project Coordinator when appropriate.

▪ To request support of other departments when necessary; and to organize specific coordination interface meeting, whenever appropriate.

▪ Able to work in large, collaborative teams with multiple site and partners.

Work with risk and opportunity lead to identify and follow main risks and opportunities



CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT

The Absheron Conventional Gas & Condensates field is located offshore Azerbaijan Republic in the Caspian Sea in 500 meters depth, at about 100km southeast of Baku, 25km north-east of Shah Deniz field and 34km south of Oil Rocks production and processing facilities. The project aims at supplying natural gas for both domestic market via Sangachal main facilities (condensate) and for international export market via the South Caucasus Pipeline (SCP).
