· Researching and Sourcing Opportunities: Proactively research and source potential opportunities, including Market Sounding, Expressions of Interest, Requests for Qualification, and Requests for Proposal across all Egis disciplines and across Canada.
· Maintaining Commercial Database: Manage and update the commercial database using CRM tools. Ensure all relevant information, including client contacts, opportunity details, and proposal documents, are accurately recorded and easily accessible and ensure a constant follow up of this database.
· Vendor Registration: Facilitate the registration process on all the websites Egis worked with by filling online forms with administrative information, to ensure our organization is recognized as a vendor with relevant clients and government agencies. Keep registrations updated and compliant with applicable regulations.
· Proposal Administration: Provide support for proposal development efforts, including writing content such as project references, CVs, formatting documents, creating templates and submitting proposals on platforms.
· Administrative Support: Provide overall administrative support to the commercial team by keeping up to date any type of administrative documents that can be necessary to proposal development.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
· Previous experience in an engineering company to have knowledge of the terminologies in the engineering, architecture, construction, infrastructure, or related field.
· A minimum of 2 years of experience in the proposal development and bid searching field.
· Deductive and analytical skills to be able to catch the opportunities that will be a good fit for the development of the company and to be able to explain those opportunities to the team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both French and English.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
· Experience with CRM tools such as Deltek is an asset.
· Knowledge of bid searching websites is an asset.
· Willingness to be working in an administrative role is an asset.
