Take part in all tender reviews in Philippines for all Egis Business Unit in relation with finance and tax purposes


Support operating staff to negotiate and to prepare all project documents as client contract, addendum, JV agreement


Tax management:

  • Liaise with Branch Tax Advisor, accounting firm, auditor, BIR office to ensure compliance of accounting practices with local tax and accounting regulation and to assist Egis entities and Egis Tax Department for proposal preparation tax-wise in the Philippines
  • Responsible for documenting all tax-related transactions, including expense notes for overheads and foreign-based expenses, tax ruling files for tax treaty application, OR/sales invoices for input VAT claim, withholding tax management
  • Check and control all tax returns (monthly, quarterly, annual) of the Branch prepared by accounting firm
  • Management of our projects (for the Branch but also for other BU projects)
  • Organize and host quarterly project review with special care for multi-Business Unit projects
  • Process and control of sales / expenses
  • Oversee preparation of documentation to be transmitted to the Philippines Branch accounting firm, control conform
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, taxation, finance, business or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
  • Proven experience as a tax manager, public accountant or similar role.
  • The ability to work with different taxation software.
  • Extensive knowledge of tax legislation.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
    Sound problem-solving skills.
