The O&M Airport team mainly provides technical assistance to airport concessions, as well as follows the contracts of the relevant concessionaries.
Your objective will be to ensure the financial and strategic follow-up of airport concessions.
The missions will include:
Update the business plans (financial models) of the concession companies annually
monitor and update the strategic plans of the concessions and the Airport O&M activity, according to the group.
Assisting and advising airports on economic regulation and pricing policy.
Have a leading role in the development of new projects: contribute to the preparation of bids on traffic and revenue forecasts and financial modeling, write deliverables.
Ensure commercial and regulatory monitoring, manage the airport benchmark database.
Travel in France and abroad to be planned (10%)A degree in engineering or business school with a specialization in economics or finance is demanded.
You have a first experience in a similar position in the field of infrastructure concessions or for an airline.
You are proficient in financial and accounting aspects.
You are a professional in manipulating Excel and key figures.
You are fluent in the English and French languages, both written and oral.
You have interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team with multiple interlocutors (internal, co-investor partners, advisors, concession granting authorities, etc.).
