  • Providing tax planning services with reference to current legislation
  • Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
  • Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations
  • Ensure compliance with the Group's financial policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a liaison between the business office and operations.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
  • Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies
  • Maintains accounting controls and financial security by following internal controls ; by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing
  • compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements
  •  Is responsible for the correctness of project balance sheet and income statement as well as for cash flow and monthly/quarterly forecast
  •  Participates in opportunity/risk identification, monitor that all required mitigation actions are timely implemented
  • Report to the CFO with timely and accurate financial information
  • Prepare accurate and complete variance analysis and reporting.
  • Have a clear understanding of the project documents and systems and actively manage any financial implications arising from them
  • Have at all times knowledge of financial movements and ensure that such information is consistent and reconciled on a regular basis in the ERP systems on both onshore and offshore scope
  • Prepares project invoices, ensure Customer invoices are accurately prepared and timely submitted as per invoicing obligations with full compliance, including all other items (partner/subconsultants data)
  • Monitor billing status and unbilled issues, working with Finance, Contracts, Accounting to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Track, reconcile and work to minimize project unbilled balances
  • Chase and track issuance of Tax certificate, and check compliance in accordance with tax scheme
  • Establish proper follow up together with the Project Manager up-stream (towards customer), side-stream (towards consortia partner) as well as down-stream (towards suppliers)
  • Ensure project accounting is in accordance with Group guidelines; define milestone and liaise with accounting for revenue recognition
  • Provides support on claim management, back-charges and insurance cases control, group charter, country specific finance directives and instructions
  • Monitor and work to maximize project cash flow

Academic Qualifications

 Bachelor's Degree-Finance/Accounting
