Reporting to the General Counsel of VINCI Energies Europe North West, your responsibilities will mainly consist in:
• Supervising the implementation of the group's legal compliance program in the areas of:
o Business ethics, anticorruption & international sanctions,
o Personal data protection regulations (GPDR, etc),
o Antitrust and competition law, and
o Environment law.
• Supervising the effective implementation of compliance processes (risk mapping, evaluation of third parties…) and directly performing some of them at the holding level;
• Developing, reviewing and evaluating company procedures, best practices and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues;
• Monitoring regulatory developments in compliance matters in France and abroad;
• Leading/facilitating employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues and/or supervising such training sessions
The position (permanent contract) is based in Montesson (78), France. Occasional trips abroad may be expected.
Experience and skills
• Law degree (Master II level), CAPA.
• 10 years of minimum experience in a corporate legal department in a similar position, ideally in a multinational group of companies
• Perfectly fluent in French and English, both in writing and speaking.

Autonomy with a clear ability to report; strong personality and assertiveness; sense of responsibility and rigour; excellent interpersonal skills (listening, communication) and team spirit.
